This single-page web app tells you what you need to gather and what you need to craft, in order to craft a given item.

It needs access to a copy of the game's recipes.xml file (which contains all the crafting recipes in the game), as the game license prohibits including it with this app.

An upside of needing this file, is that you can provide a copy from your version of the game, so the crafting recipes will always be for your version.
